What We Capture
3D Building Scanning (LiDAR / Photogrammetry)
We scan your buildings, facilities and indoor environments using Matterport Pro3 cameras and photogrammetric capture to create walkable 3D digital twins. Every room, corridor, plant room and roof space is captured at millimetre accuracy and anchored to your asset hierarchy. Condition assessments are then conducted directly inside the 3D model so an engineer in the office can verify what an inspector saw in the field without travelling back to site.

LiDAR & Mobile Scanning
For outdoor infrastructure, linear assets and large sites, we deploy terrestrial and mobile LiDAR to capture topography, structures, vegetation and clearances at survey-grade accuracy. Point clouds are georeferenced, classified and imported directly into AssetStack's spatial module, giving you measurable, revisitable baseline data for deterioration tracking and compliance reporting.

Moving Asset Capture
We mount 3D cameras, LiDAR units and high-resolution imaging systems to moving assets (trains, road vehicles, drones and ROVs) to capture corridor condition at operating speed. This is not a one-off survey. It is a repeatable capture methodology that creates a time-series baseline for deterioration tracking.
- Rail: Front-of-train capture scanning track geometry, rail condition, sleepers, ballast profile, overhead line equipment, signalling sightlines and platform clearances, kilometre by kilometre, run by run.
- Roads: Vehicle-mounted capture recording pavement condition, roadside furniture, drainage, vegetation encroachment, bridge approaches and tunnel lining, aligned by chainage and comparable across survey cycles.
- Utilities: Drone and helicopter-mounted LiDAR for transmission line sag, vegetation clearance, conductor condition and tower structural assessment, without line shutdowns.

How It Works
Verified Onboarding
Every contractor in the network is verified before they receive work: licence checks, insurance validation, compliance training (WHS, confined space, electrical safety, rail access), and reference checks from previous infrastructure work. Councils, utilities and asset owners set their own minimum standards and we enforce them.
Work Order Integration
When AssetStack's predictive maintenance module flags a failure or a condition assessment triggers a repair, the platform can auto-generate a work order and push it to the verified contractor network. Contractors see only the jobs matched to their qualifications, location and availability. They quote, schedule, execute and close out, all inside AssetStack.
